Peace Tea, Wells Yard

What we know about this image :

Peace Tea, Wells Yard,

Eliza Hartley Sanderson (formerly Phillips, nee Webster) is seated at the RH end of the table, as viewed.  Her daughter, Lily Corner (nee Phillips) is standing behind the lady seated 4th left, who is probably her mother-in-law, Mary Isabella Corner (nee Boagey). The old lady behind the decorated cake (and cutting it in the next photo) is probably Isabella Ainslie, who was widowed in 1908 and had lived in Wells Yard for at least 30 years, and had most likely been given the position of honour on the day.  The lady next to Eliza Sanderson is probably Jane Ann Apps. The man standing in the doorway (of No.5) at the left is Thomas Phillips, Eliza Sanderson's son.
