Led by Derek Cornforth, BBOB annexed the Durham County Fourth Teams Shield twice in the 1960s, this photo shows the team that beat Durham City IV by just 3 – 0, and that a penalty goal by Dave Snowdon, in 66/67 season.
Dave Snowdon led the side in 1967/1968 season when on the Old Friarage they beat another Durham City area side, Neville’s Cross College by 9 pts to 3, A feature of that game was a dropped penalty goal by Phil Austin from the right touchline to seal the victory.
