The four girls pose for the camera near the bathing machines on Seaton beach are Daisy (Elizabeth) Hulton born about 1881 and lived in Bird's Field, Daisy (Ada) Hogg born about 1881, Conny (Constance D) Tilly born about 1881 and lived in Church Street and Lillian Hogg (sister to Ada) born about 1878. Daisy and Ada's father was a shipping broker and the family owned the Gables on Station Lane. In 1904 Daisy married Marmaduke Furness, only son of Christopher Furness.
