The White Hart Inn, High Street, Hartlepool. Premises now demolished
In 1914 Red Rose used the White Hart for their Smoker to celebrate a hugely successful season, however by the early Twenties they operated from the Union in High Street and later the Lawrenson in Northgate, moving pub HQs is a tradition among Junior Clubs, why they move is never recorded.

A picture from the "Parades " Venue on this site, whcih has the "White Hart Inn" in the background and the scene of the "Red Rose" celebrations in 1914.
It may be that the White Hart was the HQ of Red Rose, the majority of the "open" clubs operated frm a pub premises, the picture itself dates from 1907 and is of a "Sunday School Demonstration" photographed as they passed the White Hart.
