Owners: 1857 Robert Brewis, Hartlepool.

Masters: 1857-59 James Purvis.

Voyages: 1858 Sunderland for Aden.

Saxon Queen was thought to have been run down off Brixton on 26 or 27 April 1859. On 30 April 1859 her longboat washed ashore at Brixton. Inside the stern was the name Jas Purvis.
