What we know about this image :

Decked with bunting & leaving harbour for the start of the trawler race around Hartlepool Bay during the R.N.L.I. fete. Windsong SH82 built 1977. The owner at this time was possibly Peter Rolf who was based Hartlepool/ Redcar.
