Holiday Home for crippled children (sic)

What we know about this image :

The Home was opened on May 31st 1913. The original Home was at Dalton Piercy but was too small for demand and had to be closed on the death of the landlord. The Elwick Villa was presented by William Ropner with room for at least 36 children in 6 bedrooms. Ropner was President of the Crippled Children's Guild.
