Fate

The Norwegian steamship Normand was sunk by the German submarine UB-20 (Hermann Glimpf), 20 miles off Ushant, on May 20th, 1917. The ship was on a voyage from Cardiff to Dakar with a cargo of coal. No lives were lost. Master O. Virik.
