Details about The Sir Colin Campbell

The Sir Colin Campbell public house,was on the corner of Durham Street and Brunswick Street Hartlepool and was opened in 1880. It was named after the first iron vessel launched in Hartlepool in 1855 by Thomas Richardson. The ship in turn was named after a Scottish soldier of that name who was the first Lord Clyde.
