Marian Bunn's Aunt, Mary Metcalfe, who worked in Boot's the Chemist in Lynn Street, West Hartlepool, until she retired. Mary lived in a cellar house in Alliance Street (old Hartlepool), with her mother, sister and brother. When the area was pulled down, they all moved into a council house on West View Estate.More detail »
