Fate

The Hartlepool-built steamship Agnes, was torpedoed and sunk by the German submarine UB-107 (Eberhard von Prittwitz und Graffon), 12 miles off Flamborough Head on June 13th, 1918. The ship was on a voyage from Hull to Blyth in ballast. Two crew members were lost. Master - C.A.H. Karlsson.
