Torpedoed by German submarine (U-21 Fritz Frauenheim) & sank off Buchan Nesson 1 December 1939. 1 life was lost. On a voyage from Buenos Aires for Leith & Helsinki with a general cargo including coffee & grain & 36 persons on board.
