Wrecked at Whiting Sand, Orford Ness on the coast of Suffolk on 24 January 1877. The crew left in their small boats & were picked up by the pilot cutter Margaret & landed at Aldeburgh. On a voyage from Hartlepool for London with a cargo of coal & a crew of eight. Master Thomas Henry Newbegin.
