Teesbridge - a general history

On 25 December 1915 William Moorsom (son of Peter & Hannah) fell from Teesbridge & drowned.

Teesbridge sailed from South Shields on 20 December to load a cargo of china clay at Fowey leaving that port on 9 January bound for Philadelphia. She sent out signals of distress from 48.31N/41.00W on 21 January 1929. Assistance was sent but no trace of the vessel or her crew was found.
